A NEW SEASON BEGINS

MONDRAKER FACTORY RACING XC:

MEETINGS, MOTIVATION AND MANY, MANY MILES
MEETINGS, MOTIVATION AND MANY, MANY MILES

Alicante is Mondraker’s home base and is central to development activity. It is where the bikes are designed and tested, and where the sporting year begins with a structured training camp in the province. The focus during this period is performance preparation: on-bike training sessions, many, many miles on the bikes, equipment set-up and bike set-up. This is also an important time to get the team together, working together and communicating, all without the pressures, yet, of the World Cup calendar.

NEW YEAR. SAME TEAM. MORE AMBITION.

Mondraker is sticking with last year’s line-up, led by Sergio Mantecón, because there’s no point fixing what isn’t broken.

Mona Mitterwallner, Sebastian Fini, Luke Moir, Tamara Wiedmann and Alejandro García Vázquez form a roster with established World Cup experience and proven results at international level, and they’re hungry for more.

THE RIGHT TOOLS FOR THE JOB: F-PODIUM RR SL AND PODIUM RR SL

MFR XC will be giving it their all on the Mondraker F-Podium RR SL or Podium RR SL, depending on track design. Both bikes have been developed specifically for elite-level XCO competition. They prioritise low weight and structural efficiency, and meet the physical and technical demands placed on them by our riders throughout the World Cup calendar.

But it all starts here,
But it all starts here,

together, at home, and in a good head-space.

The season is long. The races, tough.

The team is ready.

The visit to Mondraker HQ marks this season’s kick-off for Mondraker Factory Racing XC. From this point forward, the team transitions from preparation to competition: travelling, racing, good days and challenges.
