From the headset back - every part of the frame has been considered.
The window behind the head tube is more than a design aesthetic - it’s a stiffness link that eliminates unwanted flexing. Steering is accurate and responsive, all the time.
On frames designed around loading into compressions, stiffness at the bottom bracket area is everything. KAOZ has a ‘split-forged’ bottom bracket shell.
The most extreme forces converge here, so a unique two-piece forged bottom bracket shell allows for continuity of form towards the chainstays. By eliminating abrupt welds and stress concentrators, KAOZ has exceptional lateral stiffness and superior fatigue resistance. Crucial for withstanding the hardest landings.
Rear brake hose with added length, ready for barspins and tailwhips.
Completing the KAOZ frame are sliding dropouts with integrated brake mount for perfect simultaneous chain tension and brake calliper alignment, maintaining perfect braking geometry without the need for readjustment.
With a focus on durability and simplicity, KAOZ is single speed focussed.
