The third time is most definitely a charm! After only four races we’ve got our third podium of the season in the bag!!! Dakotah Norton gifted us a tremendous weekend’s racing from Val de Sole, Italy, taking the hot seat early on in the race and making it very much his until the very last run. In the end he took home a well-deserved second place.

POLAND GOES MONDRAKER BLUE!

This weekend, Mondraker Bikes experienced a historic moment at the Downhill World Cup in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. Rónán Dunne, from the elite Mondraker Factory Racing team, and Heather Wilson, from the junior Muc-Off Young Guns team, scored spectacular victories in their respective categories, cementing themselves as serious contenders on the world downhill circuit.

It’s a wrap on the first weekend of the 2024 DH World Cup and we’ve got loads to celebrate. Dakota Norton’s final run was really strong and consistent and won him a fourth place on the podium, taking the hot seat from Rónán Dunne who finished in 11th place overall. Ryan Pinkerton was just one second off a place in the final.

Brasilien hat sich für Rebecca Henderson als gutes Pflaster erwiesen. Zum Auftakt der WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series 2024 in Mairiporã (BRA) belegte Bec Henderson im XCC-Rennen der Frauen den zweiten Platz. Sie musste sich lediglich der Britin Evie Richards geschlagen geben.

Wir lieben es, uns mit Profis zu umgeben, und zwar nicht nur mit denen, die unsere Fahrräder entwickeln, sondern auch mit den Profiathleten, die sie bei jedem einzelnen Weltcuprennen auf Herz und Nieren testen. Wie auch in den vergangenen Jahren haben die Fahrer vom Team PRIMAFLOR-MONDRAKER-GENUINS kürzlich unser Headquarter hier in Elche besucht, um ihre Bikes und sich selbst für den bevorstehenden Saisonstart vorzubereiten. Der Großteil der Zeit wurde damit verbracht die Team Edition F-PODIUM RR SL Bikes zu optimieren und an das neue Rock Shox Flight Attendant System anzupassen.

Andrew Dodd, den meisten eher als “Doddy” ein Begriff, ist ohne Frage wohl eines der bekanntesten Gesichter in der Mountain Bike Szene. Seit über 20 Jahren ist “Doddy” für die einflussreichsten Magazine der Welt tätig, und wie es der Zufall will startete seine Karriere beim weltberühmten Mountain Biking UK Magazin im Jahr 2001, dem Gründungsjahr von Mondraker.
