It is rare for a bike to transcend its role as simply a bike and become something much greater. A symbol. A way of understanding e-mtb. An icon. 

Crafty was born ten years ago, coinciding with the arrival of the first generation of the Bosch Performance Line CX: the first motor created specifically for e-mtb. It was then that we saw the opportunity to develop an electric bike designed from its core for mountain biking, our specialty.

Since its launch, the Crafty has become the benchmark of our e-mtb range. The Mondraker bike that thousands of riders have chosen to discover that an e-bike can be just as much fun going downhill as it is going uphill.


Crafty was born with a very clear idea: to create an e-bike capable of performing equally well in any situation. A bike for linking descents without worrying about how long and steep they are and for keeping on pedalling when the ride gets tough. A bike with an unrivalled riding feel that you can get the most out of, whatever your style.


This time, we wanted to create an Unlimited edition worthy of its legacy. An exclusive bike. A Crafty created to celebrate ten years of evolution, ten years of innovation and ten years of a bike that remains the most complete in our entire range.

The Crafty has always held a unique place within Mondraker.


It sits right in the middle between our agile, shorter-travel bikes and our most extreme downhill machines. Crafty sits between these two worlds, with 150mm of travel and a platform designed to offer the best possible balance.


That’s why it has become our most popular e-bike and one of the leading names in the e-mtb category. A capable, balanced bike to enjoy whatever trails you like to ride.

Unlimited means going one step further.


It is the name we reserve for the most exclusive bikes we have ever created. Models produced in very limited numbers and designed to be one-of-a-kind. Crafty Unlimited ICON is the most exclusive expression of our most iconic bike.


Each unit has been created to mark the Crafty’s anniversary and celebrate the model most of our customers have chosen over the last decade. A limited edition accompanied by exclusive features that reinforce this bike’s unique character.

A bike capable of staying at the top thanks to a tried-and-tested platform and a reliable motor that now goes one step further.


The bike for everything. Now, with more power than ever.

The Crafty Unlimited ICON is made from Stealth Air Full Carbon and features the latest 5th-generation Bosch Performance Line CX-R SMART SYSTEM motor and an 800 Wh removable battery, with the possibility to add a 250 Wh* PowerMore if you need maximum range. And when it’s time to charge, you can remove the battery and do so conveniently off the bike.

The 29” Öhlins RXF 38 M.3 fork with 160mm travel, together with the Öhlins TTX22 M.2 coil shock, provide maximum sensitivity, control and shock absorption on any terrain.

The new DT Swiss Hybrid HXC 1200 carbon wheels combine stiffness, precision and lightness to deliver the best performance both on the climbs and the descents.

The Trickstuff Maxima brakes, made entirely from CNC-machined 7075 aluminium and fitted with 4-piston callipers and 203mm rotors, guarantee exceptional braking power and maximum control on the most demanding descents.

The build is completed with the RockShox Reverb AXS seatpost and the SRAM XX Eagle AXS T-Type drivetrain, a combination designed to deliver maximum performance, maximum precision and a riding experience worthy of a bike created to become an icon.
