TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “MONDRAKER ARID CARBON GIVEAWAY” PROMOTION
1.- PROMOTING COMPANY
The company BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U., with its registered address at C/ Nicolás Copérnico 4, 03203, Elche (Alicante), Spain, and tax identification number B-53789822, is organising a promotional giveaway of a Mondraker Arid Carbon bicycle (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), which is open to participants worldwide and will be conducted exclusively through Instagram.
Individuals aged 18 or over residing in any country worldwide may participate, provided they meet the requirements and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and participation in the Promotion and receipt of the prize are legally permitted in their country of residence.
Participation in the Promotion is free of charge and subject to the requirements and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
2.- START AND END DATES
The Promotion will begin on Friday, 16 October 2026, and end on Monday, 26 October 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET.
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
3.- ELIGIBILITY AND HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION
Individuals aged 18 or over may participate, provided they fully comply with the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Participation is exclusively through Instagram and requires the following steps:
1. Follow Mondraker
Participants must follow Mondraker’s official Instagram account:
@mondrakerbikes
2. Like the giveaway post
Participants must like the official giveaway post published on the @mondrakerbikes Instagram account.
3. Explain why you need an Arid Carbon
Participants must leave a comment on the official giveaway post explaining why they need a Mondraker Arid Carbon.
4. Tag the person they would like to share it with
In the same comment, participants must tag the Instagram account of the person they would like to share the experience of riding the Arid Carbon with.
Participants must meet all the requirements listed above for their entry to be valid.
Entries that fail to meet any of these requirements, are submitted outside the entry period, or contain unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights, will be deemed invalid.
BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U. accepts no responsibility for entries that, for any reason, are not successfully received or cannot be identified.
4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZE
A random draw will be conducted using the appsorteos.com platform from all valid entries received during the Promotion period to determine the winner.
Three reserve winners will also be selected to replace the winner if they fail to meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, decline the prize, or cannot be contacted.
The winner will receive a Mondraker Arid Carbon bicycle as a prize, in the model, size and specification determined by BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U.
The prize is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with another product at the winner’s request.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram by direct message from the official @mondrakerbikes account.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted by Mondraker, or cannot demonstrate that they meet the eligibility requirements, the prize may be awarded to the next reserve winner.
5.- RESTRICTIONS
If any participant is found not to meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, their entry will be declared invalid and they will be automatically disqualified from the Promotion, forfeiting any right to the prize.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be changed, altered or exchanged for compensation at the request of any participant, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U. reserves the right, where justified by legitimate reasons and subject to the legally required notice, to make changes to, suspend or extend this Promotion, provided that such action does not prejudice the rights already acquired by participants.
The winner shall be responsible for any taxes or other fiscal charges arising from acceptance of the prize, as well as any other expenses associated with the Promotion that are not expressly covered by BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U. under these Terms and Conditions.
Any claims must be submitted within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days of the date on which the prize is awarded.
6.- COMMENTS AND OPINIONS
Comments deemed inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or discriminatory, or which may infringe third-party rights, will not be permitted.
Comments that infringe any person’s rights to honour, personal or family privacy, or their own image will also not be permitted.
BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U. may disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these conditions.
Participation in the Promotion does not constitute authorisation to use, reproduce or commercially exploit participants’ comments beyond what is necessary to administer and communicate the Promotion itself.
7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U. shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, delay or other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the running of the Promotion.
Likewise, BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U. shall not be held responsible for the winner’s use of the prize once it has been delivered, or for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by participants, the winner or third parties as a result of using the prize, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U. shall also not be held responsible for any force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of the prize.
If the Promotion cannot proceed due to detected fraud, technical errors, Instagram malfunctions or any other circumstances beyond BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U.’s control that affect its proper running, the organiser reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Promotion.
8.- INSTAGRAM
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
Participants release Instagram from any liability arising from the organisation or running of this Promotion.
Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance that any data and content required to enter must be provided directly to BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U., and not to Instagram.
9.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The data controller responsible for processing personal data will be BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U., with its registered address at C/ Nicolás Copérnico 4, 03203, Elche (Alicante), Spain, and tax identification number B-53789822.
Any personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), as amended.
The data will be processed for the purposes of administering participation in the Promotion, verifying compliance with the eligibility requirements, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.
Participants warrant that any personal data they provide is accurate and undertake to notify the organiser of any changes to such data.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability in accordance with applicable legislation by contacting:

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to administer the Promotion and comply with any applicable legal obligations.
Participants may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable legislation.

10.- AMENDMENTS
BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U. reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions where justified grounds exist, provided that such amendments do not adversely affect or prejudice participants’ rights.
Any amendments will be communicated through appropriate channels.
11.- DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
12.- CONFIDENTIALITY
BLUE FACTORY TEAM S.L.U. undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of personal information obtained in connection with the Promotion, in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
