MORE THRILLS THAN EVER IN THE SECOND SEASON OF MFR DH

We don’t know how they’ll end, but we know exactly how they begin: with a fight.

Every Downhill World Cup tells a different story. A multi-faceted story packed with triumphs, setbacks, comebacks, and, above all, emotion… so much emotion! All packed into just 72 hours of action during one long weekend. In 2025, we’re getting ten of those weekends to tell you ten different stories.

SECOND SEASONS NEVER DISAPPOINT

Season two of the MFR DH is here, and we’ve got more riders, and more dreams, than ever before. This year, seasoned British racer Greg Williamson is joining the team to fill in at the World Cup rounds that Dakotah Norton will have to sit out while he’s still recovering from his off-season accident.

The good news is that Dak’s recovery is going really well and he’s aiming to be back up to speed really soon… ready to get us all jumping off our couches like he did so many times last year.

Plus, Rónán is more fired up (we know it’s hard to believe that’s even possible) than ever before for this second season with the team, and Ryan has already racked up some solid races in the U.S. to get everything dialled in and honed to a razor’s edge for the World Cup opener in Poland.

MORE RIDERS, A BRIGHTER FUTURE

This year, as part of the Mondraker Factory Racing DH rider development program, we’re stepping things up with a brand-new development squad, comprised of four young, talented riders, all with World Cup experience and anxious to make their mark: We’re talking about Veronika Widmann (Italy), Oriol Cuadrat (Spain), Azbe Kalinsek (Slovenia) and Nacho García Ayora (Spain)

We’re confident this crew is going to bring energy, talent, and fresh perspective to the team, and we can’t wait to see what they do next.

THIS YEAR’S WORLD CUP WILL BE KICKING OFF FROM POLAND

The 2025 World Cup calendar has gone from 7 to 10 rounds running from May to October, with races in Lenzerheide (Austria), Les Gets (France) and Lake Placid (USA) in addition to last year’s venues. While we’re stoked for the new additions, we’ll definitely miss some of the all-time classics… Fort William, you’ll always have a special place in our hearts!

The 2025 season officially kicks off the weekend of May 16–18 in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, on the same thrilling track we enjoyed for the first time back in the 2024 season. This venue holds a special place in our story. It was here that Rónán Dunne made history by claiming the very first World Cup win for the newly launched Mondraker Factory Racing DH team.
