PMX Racing faces this race in high spirits. Their recent results have been remarkable despite not winning medals in Val di Sole, and they want to keep it that way. Thus, Bec McConnell, ranked fifth in the overall ranking of the World Cup, will try to get a good position to climb even higher in the final standings. After achieving several podiums in both Short Track and XCO, it's a good opportunity to continue adding points and, if it's possible, another podium.
For his part, Jofre Cullell will try to string together another good performance in the Elite category, where Dan McConnell will also start.
In the case of MS Mondraker the situation is similar. After the double podium in Maribor with a second place for Eleonora Farina and a third for Laurie Greenland, the results didn't come as they wanted in last week's Worlds. Bad luck plays a big part in DH racing, something that will hopefully change direction for this World Cup in Lenzerheide.
As Eleonora and Laurie, the rest of the MS Mondraker team will be hoping to make the most of the opportunity to get some good results.
