FEBRUARY 15TH
7am to 11am: ARRIVALS: For those who are coming by plane/train, a shuttle will be waiting for you at the exit of the airport/ station to go to MONDRAKER HQ.
12 noon: FACTORY TOUR: For those who arrive to the offices earlier, you will be able to wait in the VIP area, located on the 1st floor.
1.30pm to 3pm: VIP KITCHEN: WELCOMING COCKTAIL (1ST FLOOR)
3pm to 4pm: SHUTTLE: Transfer to VIVOOD HOTEL (45min approx)
4 pm to 5pm-> Break and room accommodation
5pm to 7pm: VIVOOD EVENT ROOM : DUSTY PRESENTATION
7pm to 10pm-> VIVOOD LIVING/DINNING ROOM: GALA DINNER
10pm till end of the day: TIME OFF
FEBRUARY 16TH
7am to 9am: BREAKFAST AT VIVOOD LOUNGE: Buffet breakfast
9am to 4pm-> PRODUCT TEST: Ride with a picnic stop-over for lunch.
4pm to 5pm: POST-ROUTE CATERING
5pm to 8pm: PICS, VIDEO, CONTENT : (time for speaking with R+D or own testing time)
8pm to 8.30pm: SHUTTLE Transfer to RESTAURANT
8.30pm to 10pm: DINNER AT RESTAURANT
10pm till end of the day: BACK TO THE HOTEL
FEBRUARY 17TH
7am to 9am: BREAKFAST AT VIVOOD LOUNGE: Buffet breakfast
9am to 12 noon: PICS, VIDEO, CONTENT : (time for speaking with R+D or own testing time)
12 noon-> CHECK OUT: Room check out must be done before 12 noon. Suitcases and belongings can be left at the reception lobby room. Furthermore, a changing room will be available at the VIVOOD SPA for those of you who shall need it.
*7am to 3pm: SHUTTLES: For those who need a shuttle, you will be taken from the hotel reception to the required station/airport.
**IF YOUR ARRIVAL IS EXPECTED BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT, PLEASE DO LET US KNOW SO THAT WE CAN ORGANIZE YOUR TRIP AS BEST AS POSSIBLE.
