With hardly any time to enjoy the great results from both the PMG Racing Team and the MS Mondraker in Lenzerheide, the Vallnord World Cup arrives this weekend.

The Lenzerheide World Cup proved that the riders of the PMG Racing Team and MS Mondraker are at a very high level. But that is already history because Vallnord is this very weekend. The Andorran race is always special because of the close distance and the warm support that the fans show to our teams. Once again, it will be a fun and exciting experience.

Although the results in Lenzerheide were remarkable overall, we were left with a bitter-sweet feeling after seeing Bec McConnell lose the leader's jersey. Vallnord will be key to determine the true possibilities of the Australian to continue adding points that can be crucial for the final standings.

PMG RACING TEAM

Despite losing the leader's jersey which Bec had had since the first race of the World Cup in Brazil, she proved that she is going to give her maximum until the end of the season. The difference is only one point with Loana Lecomte, so the chances of regaining the first position are more than possible.

Jofre Cullell scored his first top 10 in Switzerland in the XCO elite class, making the Catalan rider want to show that he is at the top of his form in Vallnord.

Furthermore, Francesc Barber will try to get a good result and continue to gain experience in the Junior World Cup.

MS MONDRAKER

This year, the DH race will be a very special one as the course is completely new. Vallnord has always been known for its demanding circuits due to the altitude, the highest of all the World Cup races. Well, this edition will have the circuit at an even higher altitude, since the start point is at the highest point in the area: the Pic del Cubil, at 2,363 m.

Time to prove that last weekend's good results were not a mere illusion, especially in the case of Tuhoto-Ariki. Between falls and punctures, and after overcoming the injury he suffered at the beginning of the season, the New Zealander seems to have found the way forward.

It will also be an important race where Eleonora Farina will be fighting for the victory. The Italian, who already has 3 podiums this season, is still missing the victory, which is not easy due to the strong competition in the category.

It will certainly be a very special weekend for all the Spanish fans and indeed for all of us. We will surely enjoy it to the fullest, and especially if we achieve good results, so let the party begin!
