MONDRAKER AT THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN VAL DI SOLE

THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN VAL DI SOLE IS COMING, ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DATES OF THE YEAR AND IN A VERY SPECIAL PLACE FOR MONDRAKER.

This week the 2021 World Cup will take place in Val di Sole, Italy. Obviously, it's one of the most important events where the World Champions of XC and DH disciplines in all categories will be decided, and Mondraker riders will be present to try to win some of the medals. And many of our riders have a great chance of success considering the great physical fitness they are in.

Also, for Mondraker it's very special because there, in Val di Sole, we were proclaimed DH World Champions in 2016, taking the three positions on the podium, an unprecedented event in the history. That's why expectations are very high too.

Due to the difficulties of to be selected by their different countries, from Mondraker we can be very proud because we will have 8 riders, 5 in XC and 3 in DH.

CROSS COUNTRY

Great news is the fact that all the XCO riders of the PMX Racing Team are called up for the World Championships. Thus, Bec and Dan McConnell, Jofre Cullell, Sara Méndez and Francesc Barber will participate in the races in their XCO categories. In addition, Bec will also take part in the Short Track race.

DOWNHILL

In the case of the MS Mondraker Team, we will see in action Eleonora Farina, selected by Italy; Laurie Greenland, chosen by Great Britain; and Brook MacDonald by New Zealand.

To celebrate the victory achieved in 2016, Mondraker wanted to celebrate in a very special way and they will race with special painted bikes with 3D effect. Launched this Wednesday, they were the stars in the paddock for their design.

Let's hope that our riders, who arrive in the best conditions for this important part of the season, will make a great impression and we can enjoy again in Val di Sole with good results and medals, if it's possible.
